Description
Each cohort will run for 6 months of hands-on training. Participants will be equipped with internal processes, financial discipline, and legal structure required for sustainable growth and external investment. SMEs shall also receive clear market positioning and a tested go-to-market strategy, anchored in customer evidence and a defined distribution model. These shall be enabled by measurable digital transformation for SMEs, calibrated to current digital readiness, with concrete tools deployed in operations, finance, and marketing. At the end of the programme, SMEs should benefit from active investor, bank, and grant programmes through Demo Days, investor-founder meetups, and structured pitch sessions.
